Challenge
Bassett Furniture, a leading American furniture brand, needed to modernize its product listing and product detail pages—the most critical areas of its e-commerce site—where customers explore and make purchase decisions.
Objective
In collaboration with New York agency The Science Project, I led UX and UI redesign efforts to improve usability, reduce friction, and create a more seamless online shopping experience that matched Bassett’s strong in-store design culture.
Outcome
We conducted executive workshops, developed personas and journey maps, and delivered a full UX audit. Our redesign recommendations focused on navigation, information architecture, mobile optimization, product storytelling, and pricing clarity.
