Challenge
Catalist, founded by Vincent Arena, set out with an ambitious mission: to help social impact organizations collaborate more effectively, reduce inefficiencies, and share resources, knowledge, and access in order to accelerate meaningful ventures. Despite a strong vision, the initial MVP struggled to deliver the experience needed to bring this mission to life.
Objective
My role was to audit the existing platform, shape a clear product vision for the next phase, and guide the design of companion applications that would unlock deeper collaboration between organizations worldwide.
Outcome
I continue to work closely with Vincent to deliver a comprehensive product audit and strategic roadmap. Together, we are redefining the platform vision beyond its MVP, introducing UX design strategies to make collaboration more intuitive, and developing companion apps that will make Catalist more dynamic, interactive, and impactful.
