Challenge
CABHI supports healthcare professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs developing innovations in aging and brain health. Many early-stage projects face challenges with long-term adoption and sustainability—especially when moving from pilot to real-world use.
Objective
In partnership with CABHI, I designed and facilitated a hands-on workshop for internal innovators focused on turning promising projects into sustainable, impact-ready solutions. The session introduced a practical toolkit to help teams map their project narratives, stakeholder ecosystems, success journeys, and measurable objectives.
Outcome
Over 15 innovation teams participated in the workshop, representing digital tools, clinical education programs, VR therapies, arts-based caregiver supports, and more. The session helped teams articulate long-term goals, clarify adoption barriers, and begin translating vision into testable outcomes.

Impact
The workshop gave project leads a structured way to think beyond prototypes—connecting clinical intent with measurable outcomes and strategic alignment. The Impact Roadmap Toolkit continues to support CABHI’s innovation community as they advance toward broader implementation.
