During the COVID-19 pandemic, Humber River Hospital needed a digital solution to help monitor patients remotely and support virtual care for nearly a million residents.
Objective
I worked with Humber River’s embedded tech team, Helix, to design a user-friendly platform that allowed patients and healthcare providers to track health data, manage appointments, and receive early alerts—all from home.

We focused on creating a simple, intuitive interface that could turn real-time data and AI insights into actionable information for both patients and medical staff, helping to deliver care safely and efficiently.

Recognizing the need for a new direction, Murphy engaged me to evaluate the product, provide a clear strategy, and help position the company for its next phase.
