Challenge
Lane was building an all-in-one platform to help property teams manage communications, services, and experiences across commercial buildings. With rapid growth and an expanding feature set, the product needed stronger structure, consistency, and clarity to support scale.
Objective
I partnered with Lane’s product and executive teams to define product OKRs, audit core user journeys, and redesign key interface patterns across the platform. We focused on simplifying workflows for tenants and property managers while introducing a more modular and scalable UX foundation.
Outcome
Our work helped Lane prepare for its Techstars demo day and expand into new enterprise accounts. The redesigned experience supported new feature launches and made it easier for teams to manage properties at scale.
