Challenge
Prospect was growing fast as Canada’s largest startup job board, but the brand and site didn’t reflect its ambition. Founder - Marianne Bulger wanted Prospect to establish a stronger brand presence and deliver the best possible industry reports to share talent insights that could help the Canadian Startup Community thrive.
Objective
I worked closely asa a strategic partner with Marianne to redesign the Prospect brand and website and align the venture for success. We also worked together to design some of the most data-driven talent report -giving the industry and startups a clearer picture of Canada’s tech talent market.
Outcome
We relaunched the site, published widely-read reports and during COVID helped launch The Help List—a grassroots project that connected laid-off tech workers with new opportunities across the country.
